OPened the package. Charged the unit. DOwnloaded a couple songs and then the power went out. Will not turn back on. Tried recharging, but nothing!
Did you try a reset (hold the power button for 20-30 seconds, then try starting again)?
How long did you charge the unit? Chances are, it might be a hardware failure. Did you get this from a reseller? You might want to check that with them too.
