Locating shuffle song on Sansa +

Have a sansa plus.  I usually load songs on sansa in a shuffle mode from computer.  When I loose my place, i.e. song number 500, is there anyway to get back to this location easily.  This would be by tune number or do I have to press 500 time to get there.  Hope this is clear.  Thanks
