Unfortunatly, Sansa doesn’t support the AlbumArtist tag, so there’s no good way to handle it with tags unless you are willing to alter the Album tag (which I’m not).
Usually I go to folder browsing mode to get to my compilations. Of course that assumes all your comps are under a Various Artists folder.
