I’m not sure if you’re using MSC mode or MTP mode, but if at least MSC, if you right click on the Clip+ drive/internal memory when connected to your computer and choose Properties (or just hover the cursor over the drive), can you get the information? Also, on the player itself when disconnected, under the Clip+'s system information screen (sorry, I don’t have my player in front of me right now)?
