I contacted Amazon, and I am going to return the item for a full refund.
Edit: I’ve got a question. I’m not sure about returning it to Amazon as I need an MP3 player on my holiday, and after that the possibility of a return will not be availablea anymore. How did your case go? Did you send Clip+ back to Sandisk? Did you need your original packaging?
