Give Sansa Credit Cause Credit is Due!

Purchased 2 clips last month and one of them started running down real fast.  Then it froze and would not charge at all.

Called the 800 number and gave all the details to which customer service said they would send out {at once} a mailing thingee for me to send the defective player back.  After which they would send me a new one and it sould take about a week after they get the defective one back from me.

Thanks Sansa for standing behind your product without even blinking an eye.

Like they say in Louisiana “now where you going with dat”!
