Had a problem with my player that it needed about 5min to start up (means that the player stucked with the Sansa-Logo about 3mins and then it started to "Refresh Database"), so i thought about a firmware update.
After I installed the Update, it looks like my Player is gone.
So my Question is there any Possibility to make a hardreset or something like that?
Or any other ideas which will put my device back to live?
Hope somebody can help me!

Try a soft reset first: move and hold the power slider to the ON pisition for about 15 seconds. See if that helps.
