You can try changing Settings/System Settings/USB Mode. They are two different pipelines into the Sansa–no idea which one the Galaxy tab uses.
Or you could use a card reader to move the files onto a card and put that in the tablet or Sansa, or you could transfer them onto a computer and copy them onto the Sansa.
If you have songs from Tidal or Spotify downloaded on the tablet, you can’t copy those to be played on the Sansa.
