I have a problem with my clip that does not show in my computer in any mode i also tryed forcing MSC mode but doesn’t work for me i change usb cable twice and also checked on other computer…
Version V01.01.18A
2GB
i checked on following OS
Windows XP SP2 windows media 10
Windows XP SP3 windows media 11
Windows 7 window media 12
any suggestion?
I would call SanDisk customer service about this–I wonder if there’s an issue with the Clip, since you’ve tried so many different ways.

If the player is new, you also could exchange it with the seller, which could be convenient if it’s local to you.
