Both of the clips owned are not recognized by my computer. They were bought two years ago and have worked perfectly up to now. It only happens on one computer, running windows vista.
My guess is there is a problem with the driver?
And MSC mode does nothing. Or atleast, I dont think it does. I have tried and nothing different happens.
Did you try forcing MSC mode? Clip off and on hold (on switch all the way down, so that the orange shows), hold the center button down while connecting to your computer.
