When charging from 110v converter or from car charger, better to charge with Clip+ power on, off, or doesn’t it matter?
I believe it will turn on, even if off when plugged into a power source. After an hour or so, the display will turn off, but the unit will remain powered on. At least this is the way it works when using a computer to charge it.
If it’s really ‘low on gas’, just make a mental note to pull it off the charger after 3 hours or so; it should be fully charged by then.
You’re correct that the unit will turn on when charger is plugged in. Any value in turning it “off” after that, whilre charging?
Don’t know as you can. If possible, the time savings would be minimal; I wouldn’t worry about it.
