Plugged in to charge and blue blinking light goes on. After hours, tried to start clip - will not power up. Rebooted as directed, still doesn’t start up. Isn’t recognized by PC when plugged in. Tried plugging in to my portable Windows 7 - same result. Running WIndows Vista Home Premium and Windows Media PLayer 11. Continues to BLUE BLINK< but cannot do anything else with it.
Did you try resetting it? Slide the power switch up and hold it for 20-30 secs.
Or is that what you meant by “rebooting as directed”?
Yep, have done that a number of times. It stops the blinking blue light but that’s all.
