My sanza clip+ can only see and navigate “settings”, I can’t see the other parts of the menu. Attempting to reset by holding down the power button just turns the device off. Any ideas?
Connect it to your pc,and reload the firmware.
Are you pressing the up & down buttons to scroll through the various Main Menu catagories?
