When I turn on my Sansa Clip+ I do not get the menue. Music appears in the window only. How do I get the rest of the items in the menue?
By any chance, is this a new player? If so, is the protective clear vinyl sticker that is put over the screen at the factory still in place? If so, remove it–there should be a little tab to the side of the screen to help with that. And then you should be able to see the screen and all it offers.
