I just got a clip+ for audiobooks, and I can’t get any folders besides the music folder to show up on the actual player. Audiobooks and podcast folders are visible when you connect the device to the computer, but you can see them or their contents on the actual player. I can still listen to the audiobooks if I put them in the music folder, but I can’t do bookmarks, save my place, increade the speed, etc.
I have tried rebooting. I think the problem originated when I accidentally chose to format the player myself in the system settings. Any advice?
