Whats wrong with my iXpand

I just bought this iXpand yesterday, and until I havent finished sync my camera roll. I already update iXpand firmware to 4.4.8 cause my ios iphone is 9.

Everytime i try to sync camera roll, it changes to “preparing sync” then nothing change after that, even after hours.
It also take more than 5mins to sync 1 video file.

Its so hard for me to transfer photos or video to my iXpand.

Whats wrong? I have checked my privacy setting.

Did you check if the photos are stored physically on the iOS device and not on the iCloud because iXpand can only access the Camera Roll due to the Apple iOS limitation. Take a look on this : http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/17628.
Also, you should have the same capacity available on the iOS device with the amount of data being transferred. For example, if you are tranefrring 1GB of data you should have 1GB free on the iOs device. If you are still facing the issue, you can contact SanDisk at 1-866-726-3475.
