Every time I tap on the big red + button at the bottom of the iXpand software app the software freezes and kicks me back to the IOS desktop (using IOS 9.2.1 on my iPad Pro and SanDisk iXpand App 1.4.1 with SanDisk iXpand Drive Firmware 4.4.8). Thanks in advance!

Uninstall and Reinstall the Application and check if it resolves the issue. If not, you can contact SanDisk support at 1-866-726-3475. Also, submit the crash log for the iOS device. Here are the steps : http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15002

Thanks smart_user for the help. I deleted the app from my iPad Pro and downloaded/installed a fresh copy. Still the app freezes when I tape the big red + button. I also upgraded (actually the firmware was already at 4.4.8) on my PC and then tried again with the same results. Oh well next call is to SanDisk Tech Support.
