Me too… I also only have ios9 on devices… And also could not get firmware to update on PC using Windows… Am pleased found this forum, thought I was going mad!.. Oh I don’t know whether I’ve posted this comment correctly… I’m so stressed about this I’m not thinking straight! Sorry folks
