iXpand USB 3.0: is it really this restrictive?

iXpand Drive can’t copy files off my iPad, as in Procreate, Affinity Photo, PSD, etc.

Is this going to change? If not, I’ll definitely have to return it.

Are there any 3rd party apps I can use?
