Problems with AVI format

make sure you have the latest FW and app versions. If you are still seeing the problem it is likely some issue with the codec that is being used in the avi. avi is a container that can use several different codecs. I would recommend contacting sandisk support and providing a one of the movies that is causing the issue so they can analyze the file. Once they determine what the issue with the file or codec is hopefully they can add a fix in a future app release.
