Hello!
I have copied many videos in AVI format but only plays 21:30 minutes of each file. I converted AVI to MP4 and fix the problem but it’s really tedious having to convert AVI to MP4.
It is a software problem? The problem is fixed with an update of the app?

make sure you have the latest FW and app versions. If you are still seeing the problem it is likely some issue with the codec that is being used in the avi. avi is a container that can use several different codecs. I would recommend contacting sandisk support and providing a one of the movies that is causing the issue so they can analyze the file. Once they determine what the issue with the file or codec is hopefully they can add a fix in a future app release.
