Just bought this SSD. I did a clone with Macrium Reflect, from a OCZ SDD running Mint Kde 17.3, to it. The cloning was without issue and the system boot normally. Rapidly, problems start appearing, the boot was getting slower and the drive was showing constant access, and slow performance so I had to return back my OCZ. I install the Ultra in my older computer (Sata 2 - Ide mode only) and imaging Cinnamon 17.3 works perfectly.
So there is a lot of posting about the Samsung Evo series having trim problem on Linux. Is there an issue with the Ultra concerning the trim / ncq problem as it also use TLC cells ?
