No problems when returning from sleep mode. Though this is from initial tests. I forced it to sleep and woke it 1 minute or 5 minutes after, no delay to desktop.
The SATA interface on mid 2010 is only SATA 2, so my speeds are limited by it. Nonetheless, far better than any hard drive and so far very happy with it.
