After cloned and used win10 pro for about 6 hours, my notebook freezed and after that ultra ii ssd is no more recognized by the bios... I guess there is something wrong with firmware.
So, where can I get this firmware (X41100RL) file, to try to recover using Firmware Updater in SSD Toolkit?

there is no way to update the firmware of this drive and it seems that the drive is defective and needs to be replaced.
contact the support for a possible replacement
