I have Windows 8.1 and recently had Dell Technical support

remove all of the viruses I had on my computer.  When I put my SanDisk Ultra1 in my computer, it no longer recognizes it.  This is how I transfer all of my pictures to my computer.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do in order for my computer to read the disk again?

Hello,

 

in that case you can try to connect the ssd with an usb cable externally to your pc to see if its detected and you can recover the data from it. if not then you can contact the technician and ask what exaclty he do with the drive to understand the issue.
