Hi. I initialized my Ultra 3D SSD and installed the SanDisk Dashboard to clone the drive on my Acer laptop running Windows 10. However, the Dashboard appears as a static partial window (see attached screenshot) with no options or instructions. I uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

what is the resolution you have set for your monitor? below is a link from the sandisk support site that lists the supported resolutions.
