Unable to open SecureAccess V3

Hello,

Despite this excellent website, I face an issue with my USB flash drive (cruzer glide).

The USB drive was empty.

I downloaded SecureAccess v3 for Mac on my MacBook Air (OS 10.6.8), in order to protect my files with a password.

The installation went well, and the SanDisk SecureAccess appeared in the disk folder. When I click on it, an error message comes, like unable to open SanDiskSecureAccessV3_mac due to a problem.

Here is the report (NO NAME is the name of the USB stick):

Hello,

i suggest contacting the sandisk support directly to see if they have a solution for you since i think that they have an issue with the mac version 10.6.8

here you can find the contact link for the support

http://kb.sandisk.com/app/ask/

I have the same problem and i think that SecureAccess V3 simply not working on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard).

I went further and tested SA V3 on Windows XP and is also not working. A few weeks ago they have information on

SanDisk SecureAccess 3.0 support information and download page

that SA V3 is working on Windows XP. Now they remove that information. I think that no one has tested these programs with these systems.
