Formatted SanDisk ultra 3.1drive now cannot use secure vault. I don't know why the secure vault app won't work on the USB drive now. I deleted the registry Keyes associated with it still no help What is the problem?

If you formatted the drive (which by the way, is unnecessary on a new drive), the SecureAccess files would have been erased/deleted. You'll have to download the files again from SanDisk.
