usb bootable toolkit

I have an Asus Taichi with a corrupted SSD.
I thought I'd try re-installing the SanDisk firmware, bat I can't create a bootable USB On my other Computers, since They do not have SSDs.

Since the Taichi only shows a totally "unallocated" SSD,I have no Os and must boot from USB.

How can I create a bootable USB?

Thanks!

Re: usb bootable toolkit

i looked up the computer and it looks like it came with an SSD. If this is the case it is likely a OEM SSD which is not supported by the SSD tooolkit. The current version of the SSD toolkit only supports retail SSDs. For FW update you would need to go back to the host mnaufacturer in this case Asus.

Re: usb bootable toolkit

Thanks !
I didn't realise that
I have an Asus RMA request pending,I was hoping to solve it myself.
I've tried all sorts of other bootable utilities.
