SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB stopped being recognized by bios

Hi!

During normal operation, Ms windows 10 showed a blue screen of death with system_service_exception error code and failed to make a memory dump and save to disk. after reboot the computer could no longer see the disk. After removing the disk and connecting to another computer using a USB-SATA adapter, the disk is sometimes seen together with the partition table and folders but it is impossible to enter and read the files and the system froze. Is it possible to copy data. Where to look for a fault or replacing the firmware can help and how to upload it if the Sandisk Toolkit does not detect the disk.

Last time as I checked ca. 30 days earlier, health was 97%.
