5 retired block is not necessarily a hardware issue with the ssd. SSD have reserve space that is activated when bad block are detected. I would suggest using the sandisk SSD dashboard to check SMART. if the drive shows healthy there you should be good to go.
the dashboard shows the drive is healthy. Under the tool tab you have an option to see the full smart report.
