I haVE JUST BOUGHT a Sandisk SSD Plus 480 GB. I have installed the dashboard. The ssd shows on the dashboard but only with the color gray. That means not allocated. Now I do not know what to do. I think the SSD is defect. ?. Hotline in Sandisk are not open till to morrow. I would apreciate help.
Grey means that there are no partitions on your device.
Use the Disk Management to create and format partitions.
