I returned to version 1.4.4.4 after the version 2 upgrade failed to recognise my Ultra II. I was asked to upgrade to v2.3.2.4, and it still cannot recognise my dsk. Oddly enough, running Tools > System Report, the disk is accurately described. Here’s a grab of the dashboard, and the relevant part of the System Report.
I have 2 Ultra II connected to my onboard SATA and they are recognized in my system. How is your drive connected? Can you screen shot the System information within the SSD Dashboard tool?

Are you able to move to the Windows in-box driver for the IDE ATA controller?
If you have an optane memory enabled, it will not detect your ssd for some reason. if you disable optane it will detect in dashboard. that may not be your issue but it was mine.
