I'm on a Galaxy Note 8, with a 256 gb sandisk internal card installed, using memory zone and logged into Google drive.
When I do the initial manual backup to drive cloud, I get "unable to backup" message after a few minutes during backup.
No other explanation or details given. ???
How do I know what's going on? How do I fix and complete backup to cloud???
