Problem with File Scan Service in Archos 101 - 16g

It works very good in all other aspects (cloud services, memory content, etc) but in my Archos 101 with android 2.3 (16G) it keeps hangung during File Scan Service and never finishes although the memory values and files are correctly shown. So I cannot back up or Restore to cloud cause it’s all the time hanging.

Can you suggest a solution for the problem.

I’m using version 1.2.8 but still hangs at file scan service. This happen with particular files.
