I have a mid 2010 Macbook Pro (A1297) and I added a sandisk Extremem Pro 960 in place of my 500Gb drive, and moved the 500Gb drive to replace my optical drive.
Since doing this I have experienced lots of crashes in OSX… I get the spinning beach ball and the system then goes unresponsive. It either stays like that indefinately or actually crashes. I can’t seem to figure out why, or how to replicate it. Often it does seem to do it when the system has been left alone for a while (screensaver is on, whne I hit a key it crashes).
Does anyone know if this drive has any issues on the A1297 macbook?
