Failing Message and Bad Blocks

Just purchased a Sandisk 900 Extreme 1.92tb. To evaluate the ssd I used the software DriveDX on a mac. Software sees the Sandisk as an Ultra II 960gb drive, failing and indicates 924 bad blocks. Should I be concerned?

the extreme 900 is actually 2 ssds in raid 0. I’m not sure if the software you are using is correctly interpreting the smart data. If the drive is working i would just keep monitoring it and see if those values start increasing. If they do i would recommend contact sandisk support to see what they say.

After a disk failure we had a message saying “The Virtual Disk has bad blocks. For more details, see the Virtual Disk Bad Block Management section in the Online Help.”.
