My drive seems to work fine, but it only runs at USB2 speeds on my Macbook Pro laptop (MacOS 10.13.6 High Sierra). The system report shows that it enumerates as a 480mbs (USB2) device. Other USB3 drives show up as 5Gbs as they should.
Strangely, on another MacOS machine it shows up as USB3 and tests at expected speeds.
I’ve tried unplugging all devices and restarting. Nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?
