is anyone else having the same problem as me music plays for 10-20 seconds then crashes iv,e up dated software and uninstalled app and reinstalled still the same video,s and photo,s play ok i,m useing ipad air thank you for any help.

what type of music files are you using? also since the app is crashing can you get the debug logs and post them?
to get the logs from the main screen search sandisklogs this will open your default email client with a log attached. Email that to yourself and post a link to the logs.
You may also want to submit a support ticket to sandisk support and provide the logs to them with a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
