Wondering if anyone has tried to use the media drive or flash drive with the Roku player? Would like to know if you can play saved movies and music saved on the media drive or flash drive when you plug it into the Roku player with a usb cord? Standard external hard dirves and usb thumb drive work but have no tried the media drive or flash drive yet.
if the roku can use a normal MSC storage device either the WFD or WMD should work when connected directly. They are both simple MSC storage devices. The roku most likely cannot work with them via WiFi
