So this is driving me crazy.
We have 3 ipads, 2 of which work fine with the drive, but the third doesn’t. all have the latest version of ios7. The one that doesn’t work is a mini but I don’t see how that could make a difference.
The ipad connects fine, sees the files, when I open file it give me the “leaving app” message, but then I get “cannot open file.”
Could it be a itunes issue? I signed in with the correct itunes account on the device, but for imessaging it’s still signed into a different ID.
Really I can’t see how 2/3 ipads with same ios would work and the third not.
