After transferring several videos purchased from itunes I get the following message when I try to playback on my iphone 6 and ipad
So did I just waste my time and money buying this device or is there a solution?

so you are complaining on the wrong forum i guess because as you can read from the error message the ''changes'' were done in safari.
here you can read also the statement from sandisk
so you can contact apple for a quick resolution to your issue.
