I’m very unhappy. After about 2 weeks of light use it has locked up. It won’t turn on unless it’s plugged into the computer When plugged in everything appears to be fine, it’s recognized properly and files can be transferred on and deleted, but when it’s unplugged it just goes dead. I’ve done all the resets, reformatting, reinstalling firmware and nothing works. Dissapointing waste of time and money.
sounds like a bad battery or battery connection. If you are within the return window for the place of purcahse you could return to to the store or submit a support request to sandisk and request a replacement
