I’m having a problem with my Clip Sport in that it is not changing the order of tracks correctly. I have a couple of hang-ups about music - I don’t like to listen to all the tracks in alphabetical order (especially as I often have duplicates of the same track - eg album and single versions of a track) and I don’t like to listen to all the tracks from one album or artist in sequence (I’d rather have a fairly random selection played) so listen to them from the folder which is supposed to play them in numerical order. Only, it isn’t.
The tracks are in the right order when I look at them in folder view on my laptop, but not on the device; I’ve tried changing the number of the track, but this makes no difference.
Is there a way of editing the data on the tracks (which I presume is the problem) so that it reorders them correctly?
