Over 70% of my songs will not play. I get File format not supported. I have checked the properties of the audio files and the are all .wma files. Makes no reason why sum will play but 70% wont. This is my first Sandisk product.
Wma. format files can be and are sometimes encrypted (aka “protected”) with DMA. Could any of these files that won’t play possibly be “protected”?
Not know. I had a Zen player for a very long time an had no problems at all. It played every song I had.
