Hello,
I have the following issue with my newly bought clip sport: the sound volume is too loud for me when I am in a quiet room (with sandisk headphones). I am well aware that I can control volume with the button on the side of the clip sport but even at lowest volume (just before the cutoff) it is too loud.
Did other users encounter the same problem?
I also know that I could use a volume adjuster on my headphones wire but I find it bulky it would be much simpler to have the desired volume from the beginning.
So I am writing this message to ask Sandisk to add in the next version of the firmware lower volume (or an option for low volume). It would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I have firmware 1.43.
