I have one if these mp3 players and no computer. I’m trying to use my android phone to access the files on it. I have an OTG compatible phone but can’t find a file manager that will read it. Thanks ahead of time for any help

You need to get an otg file application that defaults as fat32 format
Is your firmware ver. 1.14. Atg has it locked down.
