Player charges via USB but I can't transfer files

Hi - I wonder if anyone can advise. When I connect my player to a USB port on my PC, the player charges, but it doesn’t show up in Windows Explorer, so I can’t tranfer files to it. It’s the same with various USB ports, and with different cables.

Is there something else I can try? Thanks

Hello. Which Windows version? In Computer Management under disks, see if Sandisk or Clip Sport shows up when you plug it in. If not, you may need to manually assign a drive letter to it.
