This player has frozen on me a couple of times. Using the latest firmware.
Once it froze it took me a few tries to wake it up and the screen was white with the print backwords as I had though I had damaged the screen but I was able to shut off and turn it back and it then worked normally.
Did it has frozen a number of times.
I have very similar problem. From time to time, the player won’t just turn on. It lasts for a long time, and connecting to the power supply does nothing.
