How do I set the custom equalizer on my JAM to approximate the POP settings

Main Menu - Settings - System Settings - Equalizer - 

(Then scroll to choose your preferred sound. i.e. Pop - Rock - Classical etc)

then press confirm  (The big middle button on front of player)
